As a modern E&P company ENGIE E&P is fully aware of the regulatory, societal and political context of its activities.

Not only does the regulatory framework influence directly the way we perform our oil & gas production activities in various countries, but this is also under growing scrutiny from society.

The need for an energy transition to a low-carbon economy is a major driver for this. The ENGIE E&P Public Affairs policy is dedicated to understand, engage with and contribute to the context in which we work. Throughout our company, we work with all stakeholders involved (national, regional and local authorities, politicians, NGOs, knowledge institutions, business associations etc.) to operate our activities safely and responsibly, and to make a concrete and meaningful contribution to the energy transition.
